Life, Love, Connections, Relationships
"I love working with individuals and couples to strengthen
connections and create deeper intimacy in their relationships. I am especially mindful
of those who are struggling in their relationships and can't seem to find a way
forward. I know what it is like to be "stuck" and feel the
overwhelming frustration of not knowing how to fix a damaged or broken
connection. My 25 year marriage and countless hours of working with couples
(and individuals) has taught me that there is always hope, if two people are
willing to take an honest look inside and find the strength to do
the work of improving themselves and their relationship. For those just coming
out of a difficult relationship, there is so much wisdom that can be gained from that experience. If you find that wisdom and apply it, it can elevate
and prepare you for healthier and more fulfilling relationships in the future.

Our Purpose
We love working with individuals to achieve a deep and lasting transformation in themselves and their relationships. This transformation can happen when we are ready to take an honest look at "how" we see ourselves and others, identify the reasons "why" we do the things that we do, and by increasing our own self-awareness. As we gain a better understanding of our personality, values, beliefs, motives, and perceptions, we can begin to reframe the way we see ourselves, others and the world we live in. That is the first step to making meaningful transformation in our lives. We are here to help guide you through this "discovery" process and beyond! Our goal is to work with you to build and maintain lasting connections and relationships that will bring you joy and happiness in your life.
3 Simple Ideas for Keeping the "SPARK" Alive!
Life is busy....especially for couples with kids, careers, friends and hobbies! Keep the spark alive by creating quality "connection time" with each other. It doesn't take an expensive outing or an extravagant setting to make it "quality" time." We have tons of suggestions if you are looking for ideas on how to create new ways to spend time together.
Sometimes, an unexpected kiss, compliment, night out, or even a bouquet of flowers can start a spark in even the coldest relationships. Don't underestimate the power of spontaneity to turn up the "heat" in the relationship and the bedroom! These random acts can let your partner know you still have the "spark" for them!
Couples thrive when they come together to do something that they both love. Whether it's reading the same book, golfing, cooking, exercising, serving, art, roller blading... it doesn't matter as long as you both truly enjoy doing it together. Couples that find this "common cause" to unite in, find that it transforms their friendship and every aspect of the relationship!
